"With the Melvins" est une pièce composée et jouée par eddie135 en Octobre 2009.

Aprés avoir beaucoup voyagé, et joué avec de nombreux musiciens, savourant le bruit et l'instabilité ; l'envie de se retrouver dans un contexte apaisé et enveloppant s'est naturellement faite sentir.

L'influence de notre ami et collaborateur Robert Engelbrecht, du collectif hambourgeois Nelly Boyd, et les rencontres avec Phill Niblock et Eliane Radigue, nous ont également poussé dans une voie favorisant le calme et la lenteur.
C'est ainsi que nous avons repris les répétitions, simplement, à deux, composant en accord avec cet nouvel état d'esprit.

"With the Melvins" is a work composed and interpreted by eddie135 in October 2009.

After having travelled a lot and played with many musicians, subtly appreciating noise and instability we naturally sought to move towards a more relaxed and comforting atmosphere.

Our collaboration with Robert Engelbrecht, of the Hamburg collective Nelly Boyd and our encounter with Phill Niblock and Eliane Radigue also pushed us to take a calm and slower route.
Thus we started rehearsing again, in a simple way, just the two of us, composing along these lines.

And this is what come out of it.
